I grew up just outside the city of Chicago with a few roots in the great state of Wisconsin. I spent the majority of my high school years thinking I wanted to work on cars the rest of my life or be an actor. So, right after high school I moved out to California to study.....music business management. That's right. I guess you could say I was technically in the entertainment industry trying to help others find ways to go from 0-60 in their music careers.

I spent a few years trying to climb the ranks of the music industry through various unpaid internships and a real job with a real paycheck at a music publishing company, until I experienced my first and only corporate merger and subsequently, how expensive Los Angeles was. I wound up back here in Chicago where I stumbled into running an Amazon store for a brick-and-mortar shoe store. This gave me my first taste of eCommerce, Sales, and Marketing. I've been hooked ever since.

From that day forward, I've spent time inside legendary Chicago career-launching platform known to many as Groupon, and many other great companies alongside some awesome folks. I've sold shoes, consumer electronics, organic protein powders, healthcare SaaS, construction SaaS, finance SaaS, and even real estate. I'm even Google-certified in Digital Marketing & eCommerce. I love connecting people with great products.
